Corporate Profile
Mapletree Logistics Trust (“MLT”) invests, directly or indirectly, in a diversified portfolio of income-producing logistics real estate and real estate related assets. It aims to be the preferred real estate partner to customers requiring high-quality logistics and distribution spaces in Asia.
Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd. is the Manager (“Manager”) of MLT. The Manager aims to provide Unitholders with competitive total returns through regular distributions and growth in asset value by following the strategies below:
a) making yield accretive acquisitions of good quality logistics properties;
b) optimising organic growth and hence, property yield from the existing portfolio; and
c) managing capital to maintain MLT’s strong balance sheet and provide financial flexibility for growth.
